The REAP Federation regularly hosts conferences, seminars, and special gatherings for the strengthening of our churches, the training of our workers, and the deepening of our shared Reformed convictions. These events bring together pastors, elders, ministry workers, and lay members for worship, learning, fellowship, and encouragement.

Types of Events

• Annual Federation Conference — A gathering of all REAP member churches for worship, preaching, doctrinal instruction, and fellowship.
• Pastors & Elders Retreats — Focused gatherings for the spiritual renewal, theological deepening, and practical equipping of pastoral leaders.
• Women’s Ministry Seminars — Events designed to equip and encourage women in discipleship, homemaking, ministry, and the Reformed faith.
• Youth Conferences — Engaging gatherings for young people, grounding them in the Gospel, the faith, and a Reformed Christian worldview.
• Mission Seminars — Training and vision-casting events for church planters, evangelists, and those exploring cross-cultural mission.
• Theological Study Days — Accessible seminars on key doctrinal topics, open to all church members who want to grow in their understanding of the faith.
