Volunteer Opportunities

The work of the REAP Federation is carried forward by ordinary believers who give their time, gifts, and energy in service to Christ and His church. There are many ways to get involved, regardless of your background, skills, or location.

 

Ways to Volunteer

  • Church Planting Support — Join a church planting team as a lay worker, assisting with outreach, hospitality, administration, or discipleship.
  • Mercy Ministry Work — Volunteer with orphan care, widow support, poverty relief, education assistance, or community outreach programmes.
  • Theological Education Support — Assist with course facilitation, translation, resource development, or administrative support for ARTS programmes.
  • Media & Communications — Help with sermon recording, website content, social media, graphic design, or resource production.
  • Short-Term Mission Teams — Join organised mission trips to unreached communities for evangelism and church planting support.
  • Children’s & Youth Ministry — Serve the next generation through Sunday school teaching, vacation Bible school, youth mentoring, or catechism classes.

Support & Donations

The ministry of the REAP Federation is sustained entirely by the generous and prayerful giving of God’s people. We are committed to stewarding every gift faithfully and transparently, ensuring that donations go directly to the work of gospel ministry.

Areas You Can Support

  • Church Planting — Fund the establishment of new congregations in unreached areas.
  • Pastoral Support — Contribute to the financial support of pastors and ministry workers.
  • Theological Education — Sponsor the training of a pastor or ministry student.
  • Mercy Ministries — Give to orphan care, widow support, poverty relief, or community outreach.
  • Missions — Support local and national mission workers in the field.
  • General Ministry Fund — Give toward the overall operational needs of the federation.

All donations are received with deep gratitude and careful accountability. Donors wishing to receive regular updates on the use of their gifts are encouraged to contact us directly.

Partnership (Churches & Individuals)

The REAP Federation warmly welcomes partnership from individuals, churches, and organisations who share our Reformed convictions and our passion for gospel ministry in India.

Church Partnership

We invite Reformed, Presbyterian, and evangelical churches in India and around the world to partner with the REAP Federation. Partnership may take many forms: prayerful intercession, financial support, sending missionaries or interns, providing theological resources, or formal ecclesiastical fellowship.

Churches seeking full membership in the REAP Federation are required to subscribe to our confessional standards and to submit to the oversight and accountability of the federation’s elders. We welcome enquiries from pastors and church leaders who are exploring this possibility.

Individual Partnership

Individuals who desire to stand with the REAP Federation in prayer and support are warmly invited to join our prayer network and giving community. You do not need to be a member of a REAP church to partner with us — we welcome all who love the Gospel and share our vision for India.
