At the heart of the REAP Federation’s vision is the planting of biblically faithful, gospel-centred churches across India. We believe that the local church is God’s primary instrument for the salvation of sinners, the sanctification of believers, and the transformation of communities.
Church planting in REAP follows a deliberate, disciplined process:
Since 2010, the REAP Federation has established congregations in the Vellore region of Tamil Nadu, with a vision to extend this work into unreached districts, rural villages, and urban centres across India. We believe that every community — however remote, however resistant — deserves a faithful gospel witness.
We invite pastors, evangelists, and church leaders who share our Reformed convictions to explore partnership and membership in the REAP Federation.
The REAP Federation is deeply committed to theological education and ministerial training. We believe that the church rises and falls with the quality of its pastors and teachers, and that investing in trained, doctrinally sound ministry workers is one of the most vital investments a federation can make.
The REAP Federation is connected with the Asian Reformed Theological School (ARTS), which offers theological training rooted in the Reformed confessions and designed for the Asian ministry context. ARTS equips students in biblical languages, systematic theology, church history, homiletics, pastoral ministry, and Reformed confessions, preparing them for effective gospel service.
Pastoral Training — Equipping men for preaching, teaching, elder leadership, and church planting.
Lay Leadership Training — Building up elders, deacons, Sunday school teachers, and ministry leaders in sound doctrine and practical ministry skills.
Women's Ministry Training — Equipping women to serve faithfully in their homes, churches, and communities through biblically grounded discipleship.
Youth & Children's Ministry Training — Training workers to teach the next generation the Word of God and the Reformed faith.
Short-Term Theological Courses — Accessible studies in key doctrines, confessions, and Christian living, available for ordinary church members.

The Gospel we preach is not merely a message for the soul — it is a message that transforms lives, families, and communities. Following the example of Christ, who healed the sick, fed the hungry, and came to seek and save the lost, the REAP Federation is committed to showing the love of Christ in practical, tangible, and sacrificial ways.
We are motivated not by mere humanitarian compassion but by the Gospel: we serve the poor because Christ served us when we were spiritually poor. Every act of mercy is accompanied by the proclamation of the Good News of Jesus Christ, who alone can meet our deepest need.
The Great Commission (Matthew 28:18–20) is not optional for the church — it is the mandate of the risen Lord. The REAP Federation is a mission-minded fellowship, committed to taking the Gospel to every unreached people group, community, and region in India, and ultimately to the ends of the earth.
Within the Vellore region and surrounding areas, REAP churches engage in consistent local evangelism through door-to-door outreach, open-air preaching, Gospel literature distribution, and personal witnessing. We partner with local believers to reach their own neighbours, colleagues, and families with the transforming message of Christ.
The REAP Federation supports and sends mission workers to unreached areas across Tamil Nadu and other Indian states. We particularly focus on communities where there is no gospel presence — villages, tribal areas, and slum communities — bringing the light of Christ where darkness has prevailed.
We equip and support mission workers through theological training, financial support, pastoral mentorship, and prayer. Mission workers are trained not merely as evangelists but as church planters, trained to gather, disciple, and organise biblically governed congregations in the communities they serve.
