Protestant Reformed Churches of America’s Missionary Emeritus (Late) Jason L.Kortering’s mentorship to Paulraj and the subsequent Theological study at Presbyterian Theological Seminar (Dehra Dun, India) and Asian Reformed Theological School (Singapore), though a humble beginning, was blessed of God and beginning from 2003, Paulraj, a lecturer by profession, along with Kasthuri, his wife, who together gave up the opportunity to migrate to the USA, but chose to stay back for the cause of Christian Mission and Charity.  The humble beginning of the ministry being blessed by God, by the spiritual supervision and financial support of Georgetown PRC, Protestant Reformed Church (Tamil and English), and two congregations were established in the year 2010 in Vellore.  Over the years of earnest teaching and training, a number of Christian pastors, having come to know the faithfulness of the Reformed Faith, chose to join in our REAP – Reformed Evangelical And Presbyterian Federation.
